This is an industry myth. Wedding planners don’t have to be expensive, though some are, but CJ EVENTS management co. prides itself on being reasonable without compromising on quality.
We work in two modules:
• We do a start to finish wedding for you which includes everything from designing your invite, to sourcing material, booking vendors, finding venues, transportation, helping with menu setting, bar control, shopping for the bride, groom and the guests and a whole host of other value added services.
Or
• We do the coordination with the vendors organized by you and also coordinate on the day of the functions.
CJ EVENTS management co. has a knack of keeping your budget in mind. Whatever your budget we make your dream wedding possible in that.
• Our management fee depends on the quantum of work involved and it depends from wedding to wedding. Like we always say we can do a wedding in 2 lacs or 2 crores, you name the budget!
RSVP
Second only to the bride and groom, the venue is the most important aspect of the wedding as it sets the mood for the events to come.
LOGISTICS
Nobody remembers the clothes or jewelry you wear or the decor or color scheme of your wedding. What remains in one’s mind is FOOD FOOD FOOD! Good food can get you a great review and heartfelt blessings. Bad food can leave a really bad after taste.
HOSPITALITY
When putting up your guests, hospitality plays a major role. One must not feel left out or like a burden to the wedding party. Hotels or service apartments must always be close to home so that your guests feel like a part of the wedding celebrations.
PHOTOGRAPHER/VIDEOGRAPHER
When the lights are out and the flowers have died, when the wood turns to ash and the memory is distant, the one thing that brings all of it back to life are the pictures and videos of the most important day of your life.
PRODUCTION
We also provide the Decor and technical elements with respect to design theme of each and every function. As vendors are working together the concept goes easily with in the time deadlines.
Artist Management
We have a collection of artist as per your budget for each rituals in wedding ceremony.
CJ EVENTS management co. requires a minimum of one month and a maximum of six months to plan and execute a wedding. But don’t get us wrong, we have planned and executed a wedding in eight days flat!
When planning a wedding you want to understand what things cost – and as quickly as possible so you can set your budget and move forward. We don’t provide set packages, each wedding is different and every couple has their own requests and requirements, so the slightly frustrating answer is that it really depends on what services you would like.
CJ EVENTS management co. is based in Mumbai, Maharashtra and most of the weddings we organize are within the state’s boundaries. However, we can organize and conduct a wedding anywhere in India, including Destination locations.
